Finance Analyst wanted for Apartment Renovations Company

Responsibilities:
– Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
– Processing and recording transactions.
– Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
– Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
– Adjusting invoices and or issuing credit memos when appropriate.
– Collaborating on debt collection strategies.
– Contacting debtors by telephone to negotiate debt recovery.
– Negotiating settlements to recover a maximum percentage of outstanding debt.
– Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all documents, payment plans, and amounts paid.
Requirements:
– Advanced english knowledge.
– Excellent communication, research, problem solving, time management and team-player skills.
– High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
– Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
Company offers:
– $800 to $1000 dollars remuneration.
– Work day from 10 hs to 19 hs.
Horario de trabajo full time.
Work zone Vicente López, Nort Zone.
